and I help women who look like they have it together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, depleted or stuck on the inside, find their way back to clam, clarity and ease.
A few years ago, I was that women too.
I had the full time job, young kids, oacked lunches and a life that looked find from the outside...but inside I felt constantly on edge, exhausted, and like I was failing at all the things that should have felt easier.
My breaking point came over something small...a jammed freezer drawer... and a realization that changed everything.
I didn't need to try harder. I needed support at the level where my stress patterns were actually formed.
Now I help busy women stop spiraling and start feeling like themselves again; calm, clear, and confident...not by fixing everything but by changling what's driving the overwhelm underneath
